Do I need to change my aligner number myself?
Nope. At each scan, you’ll be asked to confirm your aligner number, then the Dental Monitoring app will update the number based on your scan results.
If your aligner number doesn’t look correct, don’t update it yourself — reach out to the Candid care team right away. You can either log into portal.candidco.com to chat or call us at (844) 295-6915. We’re available 9am-7pm EST seven days a week.
