How do I use my Chewies?

Using your Chewies is easy! First, rinse them off with soap and warm water after removing them from the bag. Once you have your aligners in, you can place your Chewies in the back of your mouth between your molars. Bite and hold or chew on your Chewies to help fit different parts of your aligners tightly on your teeth.
