How does my ScanBox work?

Your ScanBox works with your cheek retractor and smartphone to share photos of your teeth with your dentist. To set up your ScanBox, unhook the rubber tab at the top of your ScanBox and open the clear panel. Place your phone in the compartment with the camera facing the back of the device. Snap the cheek retractor into place.

When you’re ready to scan, follow the instructions in CandidApp. If you need to adjust your phone position, press the gray button on the front of your CandidScan to shift your phone placement up or down.
