Is remote treatment safe?

Yes, teledentistry has been shown to be very safe and effective for lower-risk dental patients. And clear aligners have been around for over 20 years, with many studies showing them to be safer than treatment with braces. Our clinical procedures have also been developed by top tier orthodontists, allowing us to determine your candidacy as effectively as through in-office visual inspection.

Plus, we only take on cases we’re confident that we can safely and effectively treat, which includes most mild to moderate malocclusions. If you have severe alignment or spacing issues, require bite correction, or our orthodontists otherwise determine you’d be better served by in-person treatment, we’ll be completely upfront about it. Some conditions simply fall outside the range of what we can treat, or require care administered in-office.
