What do I do if I can't get my aligners on?
We know your aligners will be pretty snug when you first put them on, so we have a few tricks that might help!
First, try placing the aligners over your front teeth. While you hold the aligner in place at the front, press the aligner down over the back teeth. This usually lets the aligner "click" into place.
If you're still having trouble, try placing one side on your teeth first. While you hold the aligner in place, press the aligner down on the other. Alternate sides if it doesn't seat that way.
Your first aligner is generally the most challenging to get on. Once your teeth start to move, they get a bit more mobile, so each subsequent step get easier.
