How do I remove my aligners?

When it’s time to remove your aligners, you can either use your fingers or with the pull tool included in your Aligner Kit. To remove your aligners with your fingers, wash your hands first. Then, reach toward your back molars and lift the aligner off your teeth one side at a time. To use your pull tool, rinse or wash the tool with warm water. Then, reach the hooked end of the pull tool towards your back molars, latch the hook onto your aligner, and gently pull it away from your teeth. You may need to do this on the left and right ends of your aligner.

However you decide to remove your aligners, make sure you don’t irritate your gums with your fingernails or the pull tool.
