Our teen treatment isn’t currently an in-network benefit with any insurance provider, but we’re happy to file for a partial reimbursement on your behalf with your insurance company.
Can you submit a preauthorization/predetermination to my insurance?
We are not able to submit preauthorizations or predeterminations to your insurance company. We'll submit a claim only once you've purchased your treatment plan.
